I think these days we all realize how important it is to tell our loved ones just how much we love them because there’s no such thing as too much love. But seeing as tomorrow is the national day of expressing love, I wanted to take a second and let you know how much I love you and how grateful I am for you. It’s indulgent, free of refined sugar and grains and is gonna make you feel so decadent and fancy.
Ingredients:
¼ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (can sub for monk fruit)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
1-2 squares of your fav chocolate (@hukitchen is my go to)
Directions:
1. Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add in the wet ingredients until a dough is formed.
3. Pour the mixture into a microwave safe mug, place chocolate squares in the middle and heat for about 70-90 seconds.

I love lavender and rosemary or a bright citrus blend. Anything goes!
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar (any kind)
3 tbsp liquid oil (coconut, almond, olive, etc)
1 tbsp sea salt
A few drops of essential oils
A tbsp of herbs or lemon zest
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients. Put in a mason jar. Enjoy in the shower or bath or give it to a loved one.
