Ralda Georges, Functional Medicine Integrative Nutritionist
Ralda Georges, Functional Medicine Integrative Nutritionist

Ralda Georges, Functional Medicine Integrative Nutritionist

Ralda is a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner from the School of Applied Functional Medicine as well a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach training Program which allows Ralda to address the root cause of the disease instead of just treating the symptoms.

Growing up on the Mediterranean, Ralda lived on a nutritious diet where every meal was home-cooked from scratch using fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. When she moved to North America, she kept the same Mediterranean diet, but her health started to decline. Rather unexpectedly Ralda developed Hashimoto Thyroiditis. This set her on the path to understand, on a deeper level, the role that nutrition plays in how our bodies act and react. With her techniques and teachings, she has been able to control her autoimmune disease.

Ralda's personal history and struggles put her on the path toward helping people recognize what is keeping them from reaching their personal health goals. She will help you get to the root of what is happening, so you too, can heal.

Sacha Gnesin, Integrative Health Coach, Occupational Therapist

Sacha is certified as an Integrative Health Coach and gut health expert from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s newest programs, where she specializes in getting to the root cause of problems and addressing the whole person.  She also holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor’s of Science from Quinnipiac University, which has allowed her to work across all different populations from geriatrics, to adults, children and pediatrics.

Growing up on the east coast to a Middle Eastern family, she was raised with a rich influence of nutrition, adaptogens and herbs and natural remedies.  After working as an Occupational Therapist in NYC nursing homes, schools, and with individual clients for over 12 years, she recognized the importance of nutrition on health and how much it can influence everything from the mind, gut, hormones, energy systems and mental health.

Sacha’s personal history with an eating disorder and undiagnosed gut/hormone issues lead her to create Glow by Sacha, a health coaching platform helping individuals improve their health from the inside out.  She truly believes that healing is a whole mind/body approach and that each bio-individual person’s path is unique to them. She will help guide you through it all and create a tailormade lifestyle that fits your individual needs.
