We’ve Partnered with Viva Eve – Women’s Health Experts!


We are SO excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Viva Eve, a women’s health destination offering integrated specialty care in Queens and Manhattan.

We are joining forces to bring you special programming all around women’s health!

Together, we’re on a mission to increase the dialogue and empower YOU to learn more about your body and reproductive health from all aspects of your life.

We’ll be hosting different educational events, sharing articles and blogs, and dropping tidbits on our social channels about women’s health from a medical and holistic perspective.  So make sure you are following us @naowellness.com and @vivaeve_ny!

At NAO and Viva Eve, our missions are aligned: we want to empower and support women’s health through education and the best testing, nutrition, supplementation, treatments and care available today. We want Hormonal struggles and infertility to become a thing of the past.


Sadly, women aren’t taught the four phases of their cycle, the different hormones that contribute to their greatest wellbeing, nor how to nourish a developing baby while also nourishing themselves! So first up we’ve created a special FREE event to keep things simple, clarify myths and misunderstandings around conception techniques, and make the journey to term as graceful and fulfilling as it can be.

The event, taking place on Zoom February 1st 6pm-7pm ET will be led by Viva Eve’s Directory of OB/GYN and Gynecologist Dr. Nithya Gopal, as well as one of NAO’s very own Nutritionists Gina Benson.  Gina is a registered yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, Ayurveda practitioner, and doula who specializes in women’s health. Our experts will focus on the top difficulties they’ve found women experiencing with regards to fertility and what to do.  You’ll learn: 

  • How to go off birth control
  • How to prepare for conception mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically 
  • Which foods and supplements are most important to incorporate for success
  • What tests can help ensure there are no barriers due to genetic factors, hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, or other challenges
  • Environmental factors that affect conception
  • Optimal Lifestyle – sleep, water, food, exercise, and stress management 


We are so excited to support women to achieve successful pregnancy, birth, and optimal hormonal health.  Even if you aren’t planning on having a child, this is still incredibly useful knowledge for women’s health in general!  We need our hormones to function in order to feel our best, whether conceiving or not.  We also welcome and encourage sharing this with friends, family, colleagues or anyone you know needing hormone support.


We’ll be hosting another event on hormonal imbalances – understanding what the most common conditions are and what you can do to find homeostasis!  Stay tuned for more information on that event!

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that all changes to appointments be made by calling 646-830-4423. Services must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules made after this time will result in the full price of the session.

We do our very best to accommodate all of our clients. A late arrival may limit our ability to completely deliver your originally scheduled service. Clients who are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment may forfeit their reservation. Late arrivals resulting in a shortened or forfeited appointment are responsible for the full price of the original scheduled services.

Sauna Sales

All Infrared Sauna sales are final and non-refundable. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing a sauna. We will support you as best as possibly during the installation of your new sauna.
