Meet Our Nutrition Team
Nikki Ostrower, Founder and Integrative Nutritionist
In her early 20s, Nikki left a dead end corporate job selling copiers door-to-door and admitted herself into a treatment center for her eating disorder. Since seeking treatment for her ED, Nikki set herself on a path to bring healing to New York City. Nikki has now been an Integrative Nutritionist for over a decade having worked with thousands of clients - including large corporations like Nike.
Her truest expression is in serving the ED community. Speaking loving truth, Nikki relies on behavior based coaching to deliver life changing straight talk to her clients when they need it the most.
Nikki is also the founder of the West Village “oasis” NAO Wellness, a tucked away space featuring a wide array of services designed to elevate your self-care routine.

Jaimie Bailey, Integrative Nutritionist
For the past thirteen years, Jaimie has been dedicated to learning and guiding others in finding the steps, actions, and solutions to heal a range of food and body issues. The journey is sometimes extensive and challenging but trusting the process is the beginning of taking control of your body, inside and out.
After many years of struggling with chronic gut disease and hormone imbalance, Jaimie's personal journey led her to studying at the Academy of Healing Nutrition. After graduating, she accepted that her life and body are HER responsibility. In doing so, Jaimie began carving out a WHOLEistic lifestyle with proper nutrition, exercise and a commitment to self-care.
Jaimie believes that we all inherently have what it takes to live our best lives. The roadblocks and struggles are there to hurdle but must never light the path. Instead, Jaimie will use them as a guide to create a blueprint to support you in finding your best self.

Ellie Sethness, Integrative Nutritionist
Ellie’s passion for nutrition started when she was diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 16. After completely altering her diet she realized just how much the food she was putting in her body affected her. After college Ellie began cooking her own meals and even brought her lunch to work every day. Ellie began to realize how much better she felt when she wasn’t eating out at restaurants all the time which prompted her to start eliminating processed foods from her diet.
Ellie continued to make lifestyle changes after college which included eating healthier and exercising. These changes lead Ellie to decide it was time to turn her passion for health and wellness into a career. Ellie enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition while she was working as a preschool teacher and decided to pursue helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.
Ellie believes that food is the most effective and affordable form of medicine. Ellie takes a holistic approach with every client to incorporate all aspects of wellness into her coaching process. She believes that when you incorporate various aspects of wellness into your daily life you achieve the best results.
Ralda Georges, Integrative Nutritionist
Ralda is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Her training from IIN combined with her training as a functional medicine practitioner from the School of Applied Functional Medicine, allows Ralda to address the root cause of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms.
Growing up on the Mediterranean, Ralda lived on a nutritious diet where every meal was home-cooked from scratch using fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. When she moved to North America, she kept the same Mediterranean diet, but her health started to decline. Rather unexpectedly Ralda developed Hashimoto Thyroiditis. This set her on the path to understand, on a deeper level, the role that nutrition plays in how our bodies act and react. With her techniques and teachings, she has been able to control her autoimmune disease.
Ralda's personal history and struggles put her on the path toward helping people recognize what is keeping them from reaching their personal health goals. She will help you get to the root of what is happening, so you too, can heal.
